THIS is the trip of a lifetime…journey to the roots of human existence to enjoy the indigenous culture of East Africa and witness the animal kingdom in its full glory.
Day 1 Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to Arusha, a gateway to Safaris, for a relaxing stay at the Arusha Coffee Lodge, one of the largest coffee plantations in Tanzania for a memorable overnight. Amidst the evergreen of the plantation, the first evening cocktails will sparkle a brilliant blue with the addition of a special amenity that showcases and gifts a rare tanzanite stone found and mined only in Tanzania.
Day 2 Enjoy breakfast before boarding a 4×4 land cruiser for the first game drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Safari will immediately come to life here with elephants, chimpanzees, zebras, and many other species. Relish in the first memories over a picnic lunch served on site there in the Rift Valley. Then, back in the jeep for a drive to Lake Eyasi for a cultural experience with the local Datoga Tribe. Depart for your evening lodging, Kisima Negeda, to enjoy dinner and the enchanting calls of the African night in a tented camp.
Day 3 A hearty breakfast before departure to visit the indigenous Hadzabe Tribe, with about 1,000 members remaining, the bushmen will share a very rare cultural experience that includes a hunting and gathering expedition on foot. Return to camp for lunch and depart that afternoon for the natural wonder Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site, known as the largest caldera in the world formed 2-3 million years ago. Spend the evening resting high up on the edge of the crater, overlooking expansive views and glorious sunsets at the Ngorongoro Crater Lodge, for all-inclusive accommodation in an elegant but relaxed colonial setting.
Day 4 Following breakfast, jump in the jeep for a day of exploration that takes you down 2500 ft inside the crater to the animals abound in the only place on earth where you can see the big five (lion, leopard, rhinoceros, elephant, and buffalo) all in one day. This memorable day ends with a visit to a traditional Masaai village where you can meet the friendly, kind tribe members living traditionally and in harmony with their surroundings. Return to the Ngorongoro Crater Lodge for dinner and reminisce the day’s events

It also boasts the largest population of lion prides. Even after days, it’s hard to believe you are here, seeing and experiencing the talents of Mother Nature in a new light and in real life! Enjoy a packed lunch and a few more Serengeti sights before heading to the award-winning, world-renowned, Serengeti Pioneer Camp to experience its exclusive features, modern amenities, and unique Savanah setting.
